The seeds were harvested from the cultivar 'Gigantic Ningxia'. This is the largest goji berry I have come across, with fruits around an inch long. The fruit tastes good fresh, but the flavor will improve after being dried. As far as I understand, no nursery is selling this cultivar. It originated from a high quality commercial cultivar from China, someone brought the seeds back to the US and grew out what has become known as 'Gigantic Ningxia'. I may offer cuttings and plants in the future, but for now I'm just selling the seeds. It was most likely self-pollinated, but if not, it was pollinated by the hybrid goji cultivar 'Stardust'.
