Shipping
There is free shipping on all orders that do not contain trees.  Orders containing trees have a flat rate shipping cost of 25$.  Orders will be shipped out immediately, unless a preferred shipping date is specified in the 'order comment' section at checkout.  We do not ship outside of the US at this time. 

​Returns
Seeds: Can be returned within 30 days of purchasing.
Tubers: Can be returned within 3 days of receiving the items.  Because tubers can degrade in quality if improperly handled, they must be returned promptly. 
​Trees: Can be returned within 3 days of receiving the items.  Because trees can degrade in quality if improperly handled, they must be returned promptly.  
-We will issue a complete refund, minus our shipping cost, once we receive the items in the mail.  

Damaged Plant Material or Other Issues
If anything was damaged during shipping, contact us within 48 hours. Please detail the issue and include any relevant photos. We will work with you to determine an action plant that best suites the scenario, be it a refund or reshipment. Whatever happens, we will work diligently to make things right.
