Chinese Arrowroot - Sagittaria trifolia var. edulis - 10 tubers

$30.00

One of my new favorite root vegetables. They taste similar to potato (for real, though), have no off flavors, and have a great texture.

You will receive 10 small tubers for propagation. They are not representative of the maximum size; think of them like onion starts. They can be stored until spring by placing the bag they arrive in inside a refrigerator.

Chinese arrowroot is an incredibly vigorous and fast spreading aquatic crop. Tubers are similar to the native wapato (Sagittaria latifolia), but are larger and don't have bitter skin.
